When collecting a student from the airport, our chauffeur meets the designated airline or airport representative, confirms identity, and escorts the student safely to the vehicle while keeping the family updated. When dropping a student off for departure, we guide them through check-in, hand them over to the authorised airline representative, and remain at the airport until the flight has taken off. This is mandatory for UM travellers, and we follow the process carefully to ensure complete safety.

Before the journey, we share the chauffeur’s photograph, name, and contact details so parents and guardians can feel reassured. On the day of arrival, the chauffeur waits inside the terminal with clear identification and assists the student with luggage before guiding them towards the vehicle.
